Cnoc Soilleir — Centre for Music, Dance and Gaelic Culture
Construction of a new two-storey centre for music, dance, and Gaelic culture, built to Passivhaus standard.
The building comprises a steel portal frame with render-clad external walls, a concrete slab, and reclaimed slate roofing. Works included the formation of new parking and external drainage, along with all associated plumbing, heating, electrical installations, and building services.
Internally, the project included the installation of retractable seating and specialist AV sound and lighting systems.
