Old Lochmaddy Hospital Site, North Uist — 12 New Houses
Design and build, and all associated works, for 12 new houses at the Old Lochmaddy Hospital site, North Uist — a redevelopment of the site’s former hospital into a mix of social and affordable housing.
Of the 12 houses, 4 were allocated to Taighean Innse Gall and 8 to the Hebridean Housing Partnership, helping to meet the ongoing demand for housing in North Uist and support the sustainability of the local community.
