MacInnes Bros Ltd were employed as the Principal Contractor to deliver the design and construction of 4 timber framed single storey dwelling units on an green field site with associated access parking, external works and landscaping.
In what was a challenging green field site without any previous infrastructure, MIB along with the MIB appointed Design Team delivered the client brief of providing functional living spaces alongside outstanding energy efficiency performance to minimise the future house tenants heating costs.
The external works seen the installation of the sewer and Treatment Plant to Scottish Water adoptable standards along with the construction of the access road to Local Authority adoption standards.
